Trans Ocean have a long history of shipping bulk liquids in Australia. 2002 was a significant milestone - the signing of a Joint Venture between Trans Ocean and Flexible Logistics Services. Then in July 2008 FLS became wholly owned by Trans Ocean.

While Australia’s largest export market is minerals and fuel, Australia is also famous for exporting fine wines and quality foods. On average, Australia’s exports have grown by 8.7 per cent per annum over the past five years and 70% of this goes to the Asian countries.

Services

  • The Adelaide depot has been uniquely built to facilitate the industrial and wine markets in large volumes. Capacity can be in excess of 200 20ft containers and hold the largest number of Flexitanks for supply. The advantage of trucking facilities along with AQIS/Quarantine registered allows Trans Ocean to offer a fully integrated supply chain when required.
  • The Trans Ocean technical, fitting and storage depots are strategically located around the main ports of Australia: Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane.
  • 24 hour technical assistance is handled by our fitting depots & our dedicated in house technical experts who have been trained extensively since our partnership in 2002.
  • Customer service is handled by our HQ in Adelaide where we have employed experts in shipping bulk liquids.
