Designed and engineered specifically to use with a RhinoBulk™ flexitank, to ensure your product can be brought to a liquid state when you need to unload your product.
Which products are used with HeatBulk?
Typical products used with HeatBulk™
We can load most products that are able to be brought to a low viscosity.
- Corn sweetners
- Polyols
- Coconut oils
- Lube Oil Additives
- Palm oils
- Tallow

Why HeatBulk?
- Exclusively developed & manufactured by the Trans Ocean Group
- The equipment is easy to operate combining universal fittings with 5 separate inlets and outlets (for steam or hot water) allowing for evenly distributed heat
- Maximises the largest heated area, by positioning the heater pad beneath the RhinoBulk, minimising "hot spots" and creating up to 66% more heating area than ISO tanks
- Combines the latest engineering design to capitalise on the efficency and speed of unloading though the use of dual heating coils and reinforced heat transfer hose
Viscosity scale
How viscous is your product at an ambient temperature of 23°c? (typical room temperature).
*The RhinoBulk is typically loaded with products up to a viscosity of around 2,000cps at an
approximate ambient temperature of 23°c.
Warning: More likely to need to use a Heaterpad at discharge.
|
Application: Can be used with most products that will require heating to a liquid state at the time of unloading.
